Currently listening to Prodigy: Fire Starter

I’m in a great mood tonight. Its currently midnight right now, the full moon is out, shining its white brilliance upon lonely Carnes, Mississippi.

I’m off on the 19th, so I’ll make that the day that I’ll do some packing of small things. Books, winter clothes and nick-knacks; maybe even my wall decorations. If it will work out financially, I’ll get that custom exhaust installed as well. Zoom zoom zoom!

Well my damn CEL (Check Engine Light) came on again this afternoon. I had stopped in at a convenience store for some smokes, came back out to my car and turned the engine on. There, shining bright red as if mocking me, the CEL came on. I hung my head and wondered what else could go wrong. I believe that it cannot be the O2 sensor I had just put in, because it’s built to factory specs. There’s no way. When I get the ECU diagnosed again, and it says it’s the O2 sensor again, then there has to be a deeper problem. And it will most likely be the wiring harness farther back from the O2 sensor, a break in the wire somewhere, or a short. Well, the engine has two O2 sensors, so more than likely it’s the second one giving me problems now, since that one’s a universal type as well. I sure as hell hope not, because that’s another $120 I’ll have to fork out. Sometimes I truly hate cars.

Anyways, off to work, or what I believe to be work. Sitting around and writing an blog entries isn’t exactly work is it? Ah well, I get paid well for it.

Signing off,

-Bull
